Yea I made it here. Walked yesterday morning and night and again this morning... and drank all my water yesterday. water is just not necessary for drinking. it does so many things. it can clear your sinuses out, helps your skin... etc. Denise
We're a group of ladies that want to get back to being healthier. So... One Pound at a time... we're gonna do it. We have each chosen our own style of eating and exercise habits to work with. NO GOALS! We're here to have fun. No stress about needing to lose 20-50+ .... that will come in time. The idea is to just focus on one pound at a time.... thats all... no more.
